We're Patty and Lonnie Pacelli, and we love going to happy hour.
We moved to Sammamish in 1993 (when it was still Redmond), raised our two kids there, then moved to downtown Bellevue after our youngest graduated from high school. We love the urban lifestyle of being able to walk to so many great places. We're frequently asked about our favorite happy hour destinations, so decided to put together a website on our favorite (and not so favorite) places.
We have different tastes in food and experience. Patty is less experimental with food choices and goes easy on the spiciness, where Lonnie is more experimental and can handle more spiciness (though not as much as he used to). But after 32 years of marriage we've learned to compromise and enjoy the whole happy hour experience together. Neither of us is a big drinker (usually Lonnie orders a beer or glass of wine and Patty takes a few sips) so our happy hour experience is based on food.

Professionally, Lonnie and Patty have a book publishing company with two book series they've created; the Six-Word Lessons Series and the Tell Your Story Series. They are both very active in the autism community with their website growingupautistic.com. Patty is a published author and wardrobe and color stylist. Lonnie is also a published author and a project management & leadership consultant.
