Menu Variety - Awesome

There are nine different food selections on the menu, with a few familiar selections (sliders, wings, fries) but also some unique options (prosciutto wrapped polenta, stuffed dates.) Plenty of beer and drink options available.

Food Quality - Awesome

We went with another couple and shared:

• Aslam Brown Beer - $5
• Two orders Beef Sliders - $8 for 2 sliders
• Thai Wings - $11
• Prosciutto Wrapped Polenta - $8
• Stuffed Dates - $9

All food came hot, within about ten minutes of ordering, and at the same time. We ordered stuffed dates after we had eaten everything else, which made for a nice savory/sweet touch. Everything was truly delicious. We really got the feeling that the chef took great pride in the dishes and prepared each with attention to presentation as well as taste.

Service Quality/ Friendliness - Awesome

Great attentive service. Very pleasant and professional. We talked with the manager after eating, and had a very enjoyable conversation.

Noise Level/ Ambience - Awesome

Noise level registered at 61 decibels, appropriate for a comfortable conversation. We liked the space, with very high ceilings with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows looking northwest over NE 2nd, giving it a cool vibe. There's a stage with live bands after 9 p.m. on Fridays and at earlier times during the week. The band was quietly setting up while we ate. There's also an enclosed heated patio area with outside bar and outdoor seating for summertime eating. The place is a bit hard to find, with no real signage outside and a fairly bland entrance, in an office building.

Value - Awesome

All happy hour food selections are $2 off regular menu price; not a huge price difference, but the quality and presentation makes it a great value. Something else we also appreciated was their use of hand-held credit card readers. The server ran credit cards right at our table, and we finger-signed right on the device. The credit card never left our sight. Very European. Also if you're a Passport Corporate member they offer BOGO on entrees.
