Menu Variety - Meh

There are seven different food selections, significantly less than most other happy hours. Also, most dishes are meat, with two salads. Something more unique to go with the meat items would be a nice addition. There is a good selection of drinks. Calorie counts were on each item, which scared some away from ordering the prime burger. Trevor noticed formatting issues on the menu where text ran into the borders and logo :-).

Food Quality - Awesome

Our kids Trevor, Briana and Eli joined us for happy hour. we ordered:
  • Udon Noodle Salad - $12
  • Beef Tenderloin Brochettes - $8
  • Barbecued Shrimp - $8
  • Honey Thai Drumettes - $8
  • Seared Ahi Tuna - $9
All items arrived about 15 minutes after ordering and came hot. Everything was delicious. Portion sizes were good, enough for two people to get filled up on three items. The Beef Tenderloin Brochettes were made to order (one medium rare, one medium) and were served as ordered. The presentation was beautiful.

Service Quality/ Friendliness - Good

We arrived at about  4:45 so we could get a table for five. Our server converted a four-seat square table to a five-seat round table; something that isn't typical at a happy hour. Our server was very professional in her presentation, knowledge, and demeanor. We were well attended to during the 2 1/2 hours we stayed at the restaurant. Only complaint is when we re-ordered a couple of items the service was slow.

Noise Level/ Ambience - Good

Noise level averaged 59 decibels. We were seated in a small room off the main bar area, which made it perfect for conversation. The decor is dated with an uninteresting vibe. Briana noticed a broken curtain rod with the curtain dangling; which only added to a tired interior design. Enjoying HH with our kids certainly amped up the evening's enjoyment!

Value - Good

The prices relative to serving sizes and quality were about what we'd expect, although it was a bit surprising that the most expensive item on the menu was the Udon Noodle Salad at $12. We've been to Ruth's Chris before and think the best value on the HH menu is the Prime Burger, as long as you can stomach the 1240 calories that come with it.
