Menu Variety - Awesome

There are 16 different food selections on the menu, a very unique selection for happy hour. Good selection of beer and cocktails.

Food Quality - Good

We ordered:

• Spicy Tuna Roll - $6.50
  
• Edamame - $4
  
• Fire Grilled White Shrimp - $9.50
  
• Truffle Fries - $6.00
  

Another couple joined us and elected to order off the dinner menu. All food came hot within about 15 minutes of ordering, The Spicy Tuna Rolls were good, but only got six small pieces in a serving. Lonnie noticed both the serving size and quantity appearing smaller than on prior visits. The most memorable item is the Truffle Fries; both of us think they are the best fries we've ever eaten. Our guests agreed and took the leftovers home with them.

Service Quality/ Friendliness - Good

Good attentive service. Server and others bringing food and water to the table were pleasant and professional. We had to ask for the check and was slow in coming to the table.

Noise Level/Ambience - Awesome

Noise level registered at 66 decibels, comfortable enough for conversation. We sat at a table for four along windows that overlook Civica Plaza entrance. Lots of bar stool seating. Even as the bar area filled up the noise level remained conversation-comfortable. Our dining partners contributed to the fun experience.

Value - Meh

Our dining partners were disappointed with the value of their dinner selections. The HH value was OK but Lonnie was disappointed with the spicy tuna roll serving size. Seastar also charges a 20% service charge, something we don't like. The food is already premium-priced; let the customer reward service without it being mandated through a service charge.
