Food Quality - Good
We went with another couple. We ordered:
Service Quality/ Friendliness - Nah
Noise Level/ Ambience - Good
Noise level registered at 58 decibels, not surprising given there were only a couple of tables occupied in the entire restaurant. There were a number of TVs above the bar. The entire restaurant accommodated happy hour, so there was plenty of seating. Ambience was good, with a bank of windows that looked out to the lobby area of the Hyatt Hotel. There is pleasant outdoor seating on the patio during warm weather. One of our guests noticed a screeching sound whenever someone moved a bar stool; Suite should consider some felt pads for bottom of stool legs.
Value - Awesome
The food was good, but when you factor in the pricing it bumps the value to awesome. $4 for an IPA is about as inexpensive as we've seen for a premium beer, along with $6 sliders and quesadilla. At $5 Lonnie was expecting a cup of clam chowder, but was pleasantly surprised to see it served in a bowl with two large pieces of garlic toast. We ended up bringing food home, something that doesn't always happen at other happy hours. We asked the server to split the bill; she divided it up according to what we ordered versus just dividing the amount in half. Surprisingly good value for a hotel restaurant.
