Food Quality - Awesome
Service Quality/ Friendliness - Good
Noise Level/ Ambience - Good
Noise level registered at 65 decibels. We were sitting right next to each other so conversation was comfortable. Two TVs were on in the bar with no sound. Music played in background at an appropriate level. It's a nice, updated space with a comfortable modern Italian restaurant vibe. There's an enclosed patio for overflow seating. One of the bartenders whistled a lot to the music; while we're glad he was happy it was a bit annoying.
Value - Awesome
The happy hour pricing on average runs about $3 cheaper than full menu pricing. For a pizza and beer the bill was $22+tip. We used gift cards we purchased at Costco at a 20% discount so in effect we paid $17.60+tip. A great bargain by itself, but when you consider the food quality, selection, and vibe it makes the experience awesome. Tutta Bella has been one of our favorite places for years and continues to be so.
